 1裝配式建筑暖通空調系統設計現狀

     就目前情況來看,我國的暖通空調行業容易受到多方面因素的影響。目前我國暖通空調還不夠先進,暖通空調的設計技術還不夠高,尤其在技術及自主創新方面與發達國家還存在較大差距。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,暖通空調在人們生活中占據著越來越重要的地位,以至于很多企業紛紛投入到了暖通空調市場當中。但因企業在進行經營時,更重視暖通空調為公司帶來的經濟利益,而忽視了對暖通空調系統功能的研究與分析,尤其是暖通空調的節能減排方面。然而低碳生活一直是我們國家政策強調的重點,所以我們更應該重視暖通空調在裝配式混凝土建筑中發揮節能減排的作用;通過不斷創新、采用先進的技術結合以往寶貴的經驗不斷完善空調節能功能,從而保證暖通空調能夠更好的服務于生活。
2裝配式建筑的暖通空調系統節能設計中應當遵循的原則
     為了能設計出既能滿足人們需要,又有良好節能效果的暖通空調系統,在設計暖通空調過程中應注意幾個方面:
    (1)在設計暖通空調節能功能時應從消費者角度,為消費者設身處地的思考,要考慮到消費者的心理,要知道消費者想要的理想的設計是什么樣的,在符合實際、符合科學性的基礎上對暖通空調進行設計;
    (2)暖通空調在加熱方面應該注意保證均勻加熱,保證人們在使用暖通空調過程中的舒適度;
    (3)在進行設計時,設計者應考慮到自動調節室內溫度的功能,不同人對溫度的適應度不同,有人覺得溫度適中其他人可能就會覺得此時的溫度過冷或者過熱,所以應該不斷的優化空調系統設計以達到該功能,從而滿足人們的需求,實現節能減排;
    (4)在進行暖通空調設計時要充分考慮到其實際使用價值。要遵循其在實際生活中的使用價值,不能脫離實際。在充分滿足人體舒適度的基礎上,盡可能的減少資源的浪費;并充分利用一切有利的資源,進而促進更好的實現節能,使系統的舒適度與系統的節能效果有機的結合起來。

    2. Principles to be followed in the energy saving design of prefabricated building HVAC systems, in order to design HVAC systems that meet people's needs and have good energy saving effects, in the process of designing HVAC, several aspects should be paid attention to:
     (1) in the design of Hvac energy-regulating functions, we should put ourselves in the shoes of consumers from the perspective of consumers, and we should take into account their psychology, want to know the ideal design that consumer wants is what kind of, in accord with actual, accord with scientific foundation to undertake to HVAC design; 
     (2) heating respect should pay attention to ensure even heating;
     (3) when carrying on the design, the designer should take into account the function of automatic adjustment of indoor temperature, different people have different degree of adaptation to the temperature, some people think the temperature is moderate, others may feel the temperature is too cold or too hot, so we should constantly optimize the air conditioning system design to achieve this function, so as to meet people's needs, achieve energy saving and emission reduction; 
   (4) the practical value of Hvac should be fully considered in the design. To follow its use in real life value, can not be divorced from the actual. On the basis of fully satisfying human comfort, we should reduce the waste of resources as far as possible, and make full use of all favorable resources so as to promote better energy conservation, so that the comfort of the system and the energy-saving effect of the system organically combined.
